The suite allowed them to consolidate time, attendance, and labor information regarding 4000 employees at coal mines across the U.S. Additionally, WorkForce’s System interfaced seamlessly with Workday for HR and payroll and Mincom’s Ellipse work order and asset tracking system, to provide Arch Coal with a seamless HRIS infrastructure.
